A chat agent on your website, trained on your own answers
You hand my team your answers and your material. They build a chat agent from it that talks to your customers and books them in, while you get on with the work.

The same questions, every single day
Customers ask how much it is, and if you’re free on Thursday. You answer them on the phone, in your DMs and on your website, and every answer comes out of the time you’d spend on the work itself.
Business owners ask me for this in plain words:
"I need to install a ai chatbot to my website"
"how to I make an AI bot of myself and use that on my website so people can talk with the AI version of myself"
An estate agent can’t pick up the phone while they’re showing someone round a house. A coach can’t reply mid-session. That’s where a chat agent earns its place.
Here’s what happens to your answers
What you hand over
First you tell my team what it’s for. Answering questions, booking appointments, walking customers through how you work. Then you hand over your material: your answers, your documents, the things you say on every sales call.
What my team does
They build a chat agent from that material and set it up on your website. It answers from what you gave it, not from whatever it finds on the internet.
What comes back
A chat agent on your website that answers your customers and can book them in.
After it’s live
If your chat agent comes with a knowledge base, it keeps up by itself: your new calls and documents go into the knowledge base, and the chat agent answers from them. If it’s on its own, my team keeps it running: fixing a wrong answer, adding new answers. The terms for that are in your proposal.
Customer: Hi, have you got anything on Saturday morning? My back’s been bad all week.
Chat agent: Sorry to hear that. Saturday mornings are open for new patients. Would you like me to book you in? I just need your name and a phone number.
On its own, or with a knowledge base
You can have a chat agent on its own. My team builds it from your answers and your material, and it knows what you give it. The more of your answers it has, the more your customers can ask it.
If your know-how is spread across calls, documents and your own head, look at the knowledge base. It’s one build with two doors: your team asks it questions inside the business, and a chat agent answers customers from it outside. The chat agent comes with it.

What people ask before they reach out
Will it sound like a robot?
Do I need to be technical?
How long before it’s live?
What about private information?
What does it cost?
Tell my team what your customers keep asking
Email them a handful of the questions you answer every week, what you want the chat agent to do, and roughly what you’d like to spend. A proposal comes back with the budget and the time frame. Then you decide.
